All orders will be shipped First Class Package with USPS with tracking which will be sent to you via email.
Current processing time is 2-3 weeks.
Domestic orders typically take 3-5 days to arrive once shipped.
International orders typically take 7-10 days, but can take as long as one month to arrive.
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you accidentally enter the wrong address at checkout, please contact us with the correct shipping address ASAP so we can prevent any shipping issues.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS
Given the handmade nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will fix the issue. We want you to be happy with your order!
We are able to cancel your order if requested within 24 hours of purchase as long as your order has not shipped.

Only one coupon code can be used per order.

WHERE’S MY PACKAGE?
For domestic orders, a package is not considered lost until they have not been received after 7 business days. Please contact us & the mail service in your local area for tracking help.
For international shipments, packages may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
